I Am Not Your Enemy

If our paths cross, don’t cross over to the other side, for we are on the same side. We are the contrasts doing OUR part to bring about the desire of common good. You see, it takes both compliance and defiance to forge a new way.

If you see me WITH a mask on, be still, and know, I am not your enemy. If you see me WITHOUT a mask on, let not your heart be troubled, I am for you and not against you. If our paths cross, don’t cross over to the other side; we’re on the same side.

You see, it takes both compliance and defiance to forge a new way. Compliance does what it’s told, while Defiance demands compliance remains a free-will decision and not a mandated injustice. Compliance is not a victim of Defiance, nor is Defiance the casualty of Compliance. Cohesively, both are key forces of great reformation.

Remember, contrasts that work in harmony bring about the greatest change. “The eye can not say of the hand I have no need of thee. Nor can the head say of the foot I have no need of thee.”
